Retrun Policy

At Wefurb, we aim to make the return process clear and fair for customers purchasing refurbished devices. This Return Policy explains when a return can be requested, the conditions that apply, and how the return process works.

This policy applies to purchases made directly from the Wefurb website.

14 Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery if they change their mind or if a device-related issue is identified after delivery. Return requests submitted after this period will not be covered under this Return Policy and may instead fall under the Warranty Policy, where applicable.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, customers must submit a return claim within the 14-day period. As part of the review process, Wefurb may ask customers to provide photos or a video showing the device condition or the reported issue. This step helps us verify the request and ensure the correct resolution before a return is approved.

Returns should not be sent back before approval is provided. Any items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

If a customer decides that the product is not suitable for them, a return may be requested within 14 days of delivery. The device must be in good condition, returned with all original accessories and packaging, and must not show signs of misuse or physical damage. A processing and handling fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and this amount will be deducted from the final refund.

Returns Due to Device Issues

If a device has a functional issue, customers are required to submit a return request within the 14-day period and provide proof of the issue when requested. Once the information is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared. All such returns remain subject to inspection after the device is received.

Return Conditions

All returns are inspected once received. The device must be returned in the same condition as delivered, along with all accessories and original packaging. If accessories are missing or the device condition does not meet return requirements, deductions may apply, or the return may be rejected and the device returned to the customer.

Inspection and Approval

Return approval is confirmed only after inspection. If the inspection shows physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair, Wefurb reserves the right to refuse the return. The findings of the inspection are considered final.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions are provided only after a return request has been approved. Customers are required to follow the provided process to ensure safe handling and proper tracking of returned items.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and successfully inspected, refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy, which outlines refund methods, timelines, deductions, and store credit options.

General Conditions

Wefurb reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. This Return Policy should be read together with our Refund Policy and Warranty Policy, as all three work together.
